We are excited to invite you to the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre’s<http://keltymentalhealth.ca/> Pinwheel Education Series! Every month we pick a hot mental health or healthy living topic, and bring together a panel of experts to share their knowledge and experience about that topic. You will have a chance to interact with the speakers and ask questions during the second half of the program.
Topic: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD is characterized by obsessive thoughts that cause a person intense anxiety which compels them to perform ritualistic soothing behaviours. Join our panel to learn about the nature and treatments of OCD in children and youth, and discover tips for managing OCD at home and in school.
