Sept 28: Managing Our Anger The Best Way We Can
Life doesn’t always run smoothly….needs are not always met, frustration occurs and Wow!! along comes anger! Whether we are angry at ourselves, our spouse, our parents, our kids, or in the workplace or society, we still need to cope and deal with the energy, to calm ourselves, think and then move to a realistic solution. Control is something we have more of, the more we let go and focus on what we need to do for ourselves to be calm in order to think clearly.
