Our mission is to provide a non-judgmental environment for people to share their experiences with mental illness; to express their views, tell their personal stories, and showcase their creative endeavours. We also want it to be a source of information about mental illness such as resources, news, events, movies, books, and websites. As well, we hope this will be a place for discussion about the issues surrounding mental illness that are important to us all.
If you don't love yourself, you cannot love others. You will not be
able to love others. If you have no compassion for yourself then you are not
able of developing compassion for others.
