ISSUE #54: Wednesday August 31, 2011 -- Survey

about
the Mental Health Care System
in Canada
Please take a few minutes to complete our online survey about the Mental Health Care System in Canada and HAVE YOUR SAY!
The purpose of this survey is to help Mood Disorders Society of Canada understand mental health care concerns among:
  • Canadians living with mental illness,
  • Family members or caregivers of those with mental illness, and
  • Anyone concerned about the Mental Health Care System in Canada.
And, to relay those concerns to our provincial, territorial, and federal governments.
If you fit into one or more of the groups listed above, we want to hear from you.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. No personal information will be collected and all responses will be grouped together to form a report that will be sent to each provincial, territorial and federal Ministries of Health. **Please note** that once you exit the survey, you cannot go back to it. Please allow yourself enough time to answer all the questions.
The survey cut-off date is midnight on Friday, September 30, 2011. We would greatly appreciate you forwarding this survey among your networks and colleagues!
A survey analysis report will be posted on the MDSC website following the September 30th cut-off date. Be sure to bookmark this page and check back.
We thank you in advance for your interest and participation.
Sincerely,
