There is so much to be said for meditating. Even just the simple act of sitting still, feeling the morning sun on your face and listening to the sounds of birds, babies and cars. All a part of our life. And just a simple quiet moment. Being in the present. Being in the now. A time to breathe and allow whatever is. It's releasing.
Our mission is to provide a non-judgmental environment for people to share their experiences with mental illness; to express their views, tell their personal stories, and showcase their creative endeavours. We also want it to be a source of information about mental illness such as resources, news, events, movies, books, and websites. As well, we hope this will be a place for discussion about the issues surrounding mental illness that are important to us all.
