WHAT IS CHANGEWAYS?

Maybe you have heard of it. But, in case you haven't ...

It's a program designed to help you create positive change in your life, teaching you coping strategies and offering support for anxiety, depression and stress.

The content includes
>  Identifying problems in your life and transforming them into goals for change.
>  Breaking your goals down into manageable steps.
>  Learning about stress.
>  Recognizing the signs, symptoms and causes of depression.
>  Understanding the effects of diet, exercise, sleep habits, caffeine, drugs and
      alcohol; also the importance of recreation in your daily life.
>  Developing strategies to increase your support system.
>  Introducing assertiveness skills.
>  Identifying your negative and self-defeating thought patterns.
>  Learning to think in a more balanced and realistic manner.
>  Preventing your mood problems from becoming unmanageable.
